That applies to Model 700 and Model Seven rifles manufactured between May 1, 2006, and April 9, 2014, and equipped with an X-Mark Pro trigger. Only some of the guns are subject to a formal recall, in which the company is urging owners to stop using them immediately and return them to the company to be retrofitted.
